Landscaping Services for Your Home

Our work covers the whole yard, from weekly lawn care and fresh mulch and beds to new sod, irrigation repairs and paver patios. We also do tree trimming and removal, palm tree pruning, stump grinding and bamboo removal, plus seasonal work and larger property cleanup when a lot has gotten away from you. Each service has its own page with the details of how we handle it.

    Landscape Design

A planting and layout plan built around your home's light, soil and drainage, then installed with protected turf and cleanup at the end of each day.

  • Gloved worker rakes dark brown mulch around new vinca annuals and shrubs in a paver-edged foundation bed beside a stucco wall and wood fence

    Mulch and Beds

Weeded, edged and freshly mulched beds, with material kept off your walks, siding and lawn and the site left tidy before we go.

  • Worker kneeling on a St. Augustine lawn adjusting a sprinkler head beside a mulched bed, with an irrigation timer box mounted on a stucco house wall

    Irrigation

Sprinkler repair, controller setup, new zones and drip lines, with trenches backfilled, sod replaced and walks swept before we leave.

  • Worker in gray shirt and tan work pants hauling dead palm fronds beside a sabal palm trunk in a mulch bed, with loppers on the ground and a trash bin by the stucco house

    Palm Tree Pruning and Removal

  • Worker operating a yellow stump grinder on a partly ground stump in a side yard, wood chips scattered beside a stone-edged mulch bed along a white house wall

We grind stumps below grade, backfill the hole with clean soil and rake the area so it is ready for sod, mulch or planting.

  • Worker in a sun hat and gloves clearing a bamboo stand beside a backyard lawn, with a wheelbarrow full of cut bamboo canes near a tile-roofed stucco home

    Bamboo Removal

We cut, haul and dig out bamboo down to the rhizome mat, then grade the ground so it is ready for sod, beds or a barrier.

  • Landscaping crew member with a backpack blower clears a mulch bed while two others rake leaves on a lawn, with filled paper yard bags lined along the walkway.

    Property Cleanup

We clear overgrowth, brush piles and yard debris, haul it all away and leave your property raked, edged and ready for what comes next.

How a Job Runs, Start to Finish

Most projects follow the same four steps, whether it is a one-day mulch refresh or a full backyard with pavers and new planting.

  1. 1

    Walk the property together

We meet you at your home, look at the yard, the soil, the drainage and the irrigation, and listen to what you want. You can ask anything while we are standing in the space.

  2. 2

    Receive a written estimate

You get an itemized estimate with materials, labor and disposal spelled out. If something needs a permit, such as certain tree removals or larger hardscape work, we say so and handle it.

  3. 3

Work day with protection in place

The crew arrives, lays protection over lawn and driveway, and gets to work. We keep gates closed for pets and keep walkways passable.

  4. 4

    Final sweep and walk-through

Before we leave, everything is swept, blown and raked. We walk the finished work with you and explain watering and care for anything newly planted.

What Shapes the Cost of a Landscaping Job

No two yards price the same, and we would rather explain the reasons than quote a number over the phone. These are the things that move an estimate up or down. Once we have walked the property, you will see each one reflected on paper.

Every estimate begins with a free walkthrough at your home and ends with a written, itemized price. If you would like to spread the cost out, we offer financing for projects as large as $100,000, repaid over two to twelve years, and paying it off early carries no penalty.

Size and layout of the area
Square footage matters, but so does shape. Narrow side yards, slopes and lots of bed edges take more hand work than an open rectangle of lawn.
Access for equipment
If a skid steer or stump grinder can roll through a wide gate, the job goes faster. Tight fences, pool enclosures and soft ground mean more carrying by hand and more protection laid down.
Materials and plant choices
St. Augustine sod costs differently than Bahia, and pavers vary widely by style and thickness. Pine straw, cypress and rubber mulch each carry their own price and lifespan.
What is underneath
Old roots, buried rock, failing irrigation lines or a weak base under existing pavers all add work. We look for these during the walkthrough so they are on the estimate instead of becoming a surprise.
Removal and disposal
Tearing out old turf, grinding stumps or clearing bamboo creates material that has to be hauled away. Disposal is listed as its own line.
Timing and scheduling
Some work is best done in certain months, and combining services in one visit can save on setup, hauling and repeat trips.

A Leesburg Landscaping Company That Picks Up After Itself

We started this company because too many homeowners told us the same story: the new beds looked fine, but the driveway was stained, the lawn was rutted and the mess was left to them. We decided our jobs would end differently.

That means slower, more careful habits. We put down protection before we start, we keep the work area contained, and we leave your home looking cared for at the end of each day, not just the last one. The finished yard should be the only sign we were there.

Questions Homeowners Ask Us

Something not covered here? (407) 594-7966

Is the estimate really free?

Yes. We come to your home, walk the property with you and then send a written estimate at no cost. There is no obligation to go ahead, and we do not pressure anyone to sign on the spot.

How do you keep my yard and driveway tidy during a project?

We cover the driveway with tarps or plywood where soil, sod or stone gets dropped, and lay mats over lawn where equipment will travel. At the end of each day we sweep and blow off hard surfaces and straighten up the work area. Nothing is left scattered overnight.

My lawn is thin and patchy. Do I need new sod?

Not always. Thin St. Augustine is often caused by chinch bugs, shade, a broken sprinkler zone or mowing too short. We check those first and tell you whether lawn care and an irrigation fix will bring it back or whether sod installation is the better use of your money.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. You can finance a project of up to $100,000 and choose a repayment term anywhere from two to twelve years. There is no charge for paying the balance off ahead of schedule. Homeowners most often use it for landscape design with hardscapes, but you can ask about it for any job.

Can you work around local watering rules when installing new plants or sod?

Yes. New sod and plants usually qualify for a temporary establishment watering period under local rules. We explain the schedule and set your irrigation controller so the new work gets enough water without wasting it.

Will you haul away trimmed branches, stumps and old plants?

Yes. Removal and disposal are listed as a separate line on the estimate so you know exactly what is included. We do not leave debris piles at the curb unless you ask us to.

How do I get started?

Give us a call and we will set a time to walk your property. Have a rough idea of what you want, but it is fine if you do not. Plenty of good projects start with a homeowner saying the yard just does not feel right.

How We Work on Your Property

Good landscaping is half the planting and half how the crew treats your home while they are there. These are the habits we keep on every job.

Protection goes down first

Before a mower, wheelbarrow or grinder moves, we lay plywood or mats over soft turf, cover driveways where soil and stone will be dumped, and keep equipment clear of siding, screens and pool cages.

Cleanup at the end of every day

We do not leave a pile in the driveway overnight. Walks and patios get blown off, loose soil is swept from pavers, and debris is hauled or neatly staged where you agreed it could go.

An honest answer on what the yard needs

Sometimes a struggling lawn needs new sod. Often it needs an irrigation head fixed and a better mowing height. We tell you which, and why, before anything is priced.

Estimates you can read line by line

Your estimate lists plants, materials, labor and disposal separately, so you can see where the money goes and trim the scope if you want to.

Materials chosen to last in sandy soil

We pick plants, mulch and paver base for how they actually hold up in heat, heavy summer rain and fast-draining ground, not just how they look on install day.
